General Terms and Conditions of Use of INVESTUJ.cz

(hereinafter referred to as "General Terms and Conditions")

"The portal" in these General Terms and Conditions means the Internet portal located at www.investuj.cz.

"The operator of" in these General Terms and Conditions means the company 108 REAL ESTATE a.s., ID 289 54 653, with registered office in Prague 1, Nové město, Na Poříčí 1079/3a, Postal Code 110 00.

"User" in these General Terms and Conditions means any person who connects to the Portal via the Internet.

1. The owner of the Portal and all rights associated with the Portal is the Operator.
2. The Portal is used to advertise commercial premises and real estate for sale and other related services or products.
3. All information contained on the Portal is information provided by the advertisers. The Operator has no ability to verify the truthfulness and completeness of this information. Users acknowledge that the Operator does not guarantee the truthfulness and completeness of the information contained on the Portal.
4. The photographs used on the Portal are provided by the advertisers. The copyright to these photographs belongs to their authors and Users are not entitled to use or reproduce these photographs in any way without the consent of the authors of the photographs.
5. In the event that the User provides the Operator with any information in connection with the use of the Portal that could be considered personal data within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended, the User also gives the Operator consent to the processing and storage of such data.
6. In the event that the User, on the basis of information obtained through the Portal, enters into a business relationship with an advertiser advertising on the Portal, the User undertakes to provide the Operator with information concerning this business relationship at the Operator's request.
7. These General Terms and Conditions are binding for all Users. The Operator reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions in the event that it is required by a change in the legislation of the Czech Republic, the need to protect the interests of Users or the proper operation and functionality of the Portal, or other operational reasons.
8. The Operator is entitled to limit or change the services of the Portal at any time, or to terminate the operation of the Portal.
9. The Operator is not responsible for the availability of the Portal within the Internet.
